At Gamers Paradise, we want you to level up your style with total confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our quest-based return system makes the process fast and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your player account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center to send your loot back to our headquarters for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
